September ‘test slot’ special – Movement in Nature walk.
With the route for Septembers main get-together decided the test walk slot was looking rather redundant so thought I’d take the opportunity and organise something a bit different for you to try!  Soo this Sunday (2nd Sept) you’ll have the chance to indulge an innovative movement in nature session!   We’ll be joined by dance and bodywork specialist – Stella Azzurra (see below) who will guide us through an explore of some of the connections between our bodies and our environment, taking time to slow down, to observe, to listen and to feel connected.  The walk will include all the usual gandering as well some other simple physical exercises – nothing too challenging don’t worry!
Stella Azzurra is a dance and bodywork practitioner whose practice investigates the body and awareness. Her work is currently focusing on evolutionary movement and the connections between body systems and earth systems. For more on Stella, check out her website: http://www.stellaazzurra.org/
